Many of our most popular dermal fillers come from the Juvéderm® family of hyaluronic acid fillers. These fillers all contain hyaluronic acid but vary in consistency and formulation, making each filler ideally suited to specific facial zones.
Juvéderm® Ultra Plus XC and Juvéderm® Ultra Plus XC are versatile fillers that can be used from brow to chin. These dermal fillers can be used in areas such as nasolabial folds (creases from the corner of the nose to angle of the month), marionette lines (creases from angles of the mouth to the jawline) and lips.
Juvederm® Voluma™ is typically used for mid face volumizing, temples and sometimes jawline. This product has a higher cross linked hyaluronic acid molecule which makes it optimal for volume in these specific areas. Common signs of mid-face aging include flattening of the anteromedial cheek (prominent “apple” of the cheek), hollowness in the submalar area (below the cheek) and the zygomatic arch (cheek bone). These features can in many cases be instantly and dramatically improved by treatment with Juvederm® Voluma™.
Juvéderm® Vollure™ is indicated for low face volume loss such as nasiolabial folds, marionette lines and lips. This hyaluronic molecule has shown to last upwards of 18 months upon research studies. Juvéderm® Vollure™ is soft, flexible and animates well upon expression. This product is fluid and smooth like Juvéderm® Ultra Plus and Juvéderm® Ultra however lasts approximately 6 months longer.
For non-surgical lip augmentation and for correction of perioral lines few treatments can compete with Juvéderm® Volbella™ XC. Juvéderm® Volbella™ XC is a hyaluronic acid based filler used to treat vertical lip lines and superficial lines in the low face and is indicated for lines around the mouth (perioral rhytids) and lip augmentations. Redness, swelling, and tenderness are the most commonly reported side effects after dermal filler injections.
